Why have you lot been talking about bloomin food all day.....orrible lot.
I have had butterscotch shake for breakfast - was yummy..ready mixed banana shake for lunch....was just okay - and chicken and mushroom soup for ddinner which didn't taste of anything.
I have drunk 2 litres of water and pizzed for england....if nothing else I will lose weight going to the loo every five mins.
My IBS has popped up again but then that is normal for me whenever I change my eating habits, bit embarressing at work though and I have gone a bit bloated.
I didn't have time to get any salad though but I ate colleagues celery at work today :rotfl: just have to fit another two litres of water in between now and bed time. I also have 50g of cottage cheese and salad to look forward to. I am not too hungry at the minute so all good.

Evening!!!
I have been soooooooo busy today, in fact for the last few days really - haven't even taken the Xmas tree down so really must do that tonight, along with dyeing my hair and doing the ironing.....gahhhhhhh.
BF has gone out for a curry with a mate though so I will have some peace and quietalthough might get a drunken phone call later (he usually asks me to marry him, and I have to gently remind him that we are both in fact still married to other people, so that may be a little way off yet lol!).
Where has he gone Snags......shall i spy!Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

what's up with Fruit shoots? as oppose to any other drink? erin has been known to have the odd fruit shoot....... should i be worried?
Fruit shoots are probably alright but they do have aspartame, and I hate that they are marketed as though they're healthy - I'm sure the odd one isn't going to do any harm, no more than a diet coke or fanta or something - but Robinson's seem to portray them as a healthy alternative to water which just makes me go
I worry about additives etc which is a bit silly as I grew up eating Wham bars and those flying saucers with sherbet in them by the dozen!0 -

DD - I was always made to eat my puddings at school - I was literally force fed them... as a result I just don't eat puddings at all.
I realised today - although I don't class myself as an emotional eater, I would normally spend the last hour of the working day thinking about my tea....and drooling:oQuality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

I'm so tired today, still got this horrid cough - tried Corvonia today, it's not done much after two doses but if it helps me sleep then that's a plus.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130
