Get you Little Miss Self Control:p !!!!

Actually I've been thinking about your static weight. It might be because your body is getting used to the routes you're doing and the pace youare running at. The body soon learns how to do things the most efficient way which means weight loss can be disappointing after a while. Introduce a bit of variety (run up the long hills instead of down, inject fast pace etc) so your body is constantly being challenged and you might see the weight start shifting again? In the pool you might want to try 'running' a length or 2 (fab leg and abs toning btw) then swim 5 or do a length just arms or just legs every now and then (good for showing where any inefficiencies are in your stroke...) Sorry if I'm suggesting things you already know....

For tea last night I has a lovely throw together pasta with bacon, tomato, spinach, pepper, creme fraiche and lemon juice.- I enjoyed it so much I'm considering making it again tonight...
