    Hi everyone

I am a litle bit worried as it has been 3 whole days now and still not heard from the OR. Bit of a pain really as I need to know if I can continue using my Coop account  The lady at court said to carry on using it until the OR has been in touch.

Weekend now so wont hear anything until Monday when I will be on nights  . Do you think I should ring the OR office on Monday if I dont hear anything ??

Hi YM! I didn't hear anything from the OR about my account for well over a week but you should set your mind at rest and give them a quick call just to make sure it is all ok.

I carried on using it still with no problems too.

Hi, yes everything ok thanks, less stressed, was naughty and had a KFC bucket as a treat for dinner! :o But I thought I would because I only spent £100 on shopping this month between Aldi and Iceland when normally Asda costs £120. I probably should have saved it but since my bonus! is safe, we don't have to stretch our finances to breaking point now.

  • I went bankrupt in 2003 and wondered if anyone else had the same experience as me?
I had a car on HP that was only 2 years old. I was told by the man at cccs that this could not be put in any claims etc as it was hp so is classed as a loan item. Therefore I managed to keep my car and wondered if the same does still apply?
I am sure many of you also feel this was one of the best days of my life. I walked out of the court feeling free and relaxed which was the first time in years. I know people can sound flippant about it - but the decision to go this route is a very long hard one so the relief after is immence. The weird thing is now I can get better credit than my partner!
I may have lupus but it doesnt make me useless! I am a true believer in Karma, and am a typical cancerian. I have a hard outside, but am mushy on the inside.:o

Hi YM. I would not worry about the OR. I noticed today that 150 people had been made BR at Birmingham since I went on the 2 March 2009. That figure is over two weeks old. It goes without saying that the OR and pals are overwhelmed. If you want a new carreer " Become an Official Receiver";)
