Hi halibut2209, congratulations, am pleased it all went so smoothly for you, well done!
Hopefully your OR was just a bit tired or thinking about going home already and he/she won't be so grumpy next time you speak to them.
Best wishes for your OR interview.

Afternoon people

I had my first "icky" letter post BR when I arrived home today. The collection company that took over the debt owed on one of my store cards had taken upon themselves to register a claim in the small claims court of Northampton.
I called my OR straight away and he was very cool/calm about it and said to me that I didn't have to ring them myself but just to send it on to him and that they would deal with it.
He reassured me that they couldn't do anything to turn it into a CCJ or anything as the BR order would take precedence.
Ah, they do try don't they? :rotfl:

I must admit, it's a HUGE relief to know that letters threatening court action and bailiffs etc are now something which cannot be followed up. (or should that be "up with which cannot be followed"?)One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0
