I'm back! two more names added to the Insolvency Register! Thanks Head out of sand, it was 3 hours bang on!
We went to Birmingham court this morning and the queue was out onto the street!
Once in, signed a few things, had to number my own documents?? wait a bit, saw the judge, who was extremely nice and agreed our only way forward was BR, waited a bit longer and here I am No 815.
I must say everyone was extremely nice, I felt I had to keep apologising for my debts and explaining why? but my Husband just told me to shut up!
The Judge said that he normally sees anything over £27k debt and it was normal, he was giving us a clean sheet and we were young enough to start again, I thanked him profusely and nearly curtsied on the way out, I was so gratefull!
I was then told due to the abundance of cases the OR would probably do a telephone interview.
    So am waiting in anticipation.............
Thank you all for the advice and banter!
    See you at the bar!

Glad it went well Squoshes. Like the line about having a clean sheet and being young enough to start again. That is what BR gives you

Enjoy the rest of the day and the rest of your debt free life

    Well done
