windscreen wipers not working - is that a breakdown?

I've just stepped into my car, only to find the same problem. With a quick search on google I found this thread and realise that I have an identical car: Skoda Fabia 1.2 (55 plate)!!!! Not a coincidence - I would think common weakness maybe? Notice your post was two days ago - have you sorted the problem?0

Lift the wipers up off the windscreen and leave them up overnight. Take a babywipe down them the next morning and the wiper should be fine.Work in progress...Update coming July 2012.

If sw_mina is still following this post, I've sorted problem. Dug out manual to find where and how to change fuse. Changed fuse 41 for front windscreen wiper but no success. Then tried fuse 15 and success!!!!0
