Obviously staying at home, and doing up my house at the time was a better than going to classes on my study day (being bored sillly going through things that should have taken 30 minutes for 2 hours), as I beat everyone in the class by miles, and got marks that would have put me in the top few worldwide. :money:
If you have the knack for it it's a piece of p*ss.
Wow, you beat everyone in the class by miles? Top few world wide? And you post your "worth" on internet forums? Oh my god, 100k plus package, amazing! God I am a lucky girl to be conversing with someone like you.
It's times like this that I realise how attractive a quality modesty is.0 -
Oh and by the way, 1.5 million net worth for one of the most talented financial brains in the world? Not exactly rolling in it!0

I'm worth in excess of £1.5m net. I'm semi-retired, ie I'm a LL and developer.
I was on £100k plus package 6 years ago, before I got bored of all the B*llSH*t arZe kissing, jobs for the boys, uuuming and ahhing, making something easy appear difficult, etc, etc.
In the last 2 years I have increased my net worth by around £350K
You're not friends with Maisie11 are you? :rolleyes:0 -

I am exceedingly wealthy, and brilliant at what I do. My life is complete with all the trappings, not only financial but also the other stuff - emotional whatever. However, even though I could probably do whatever I like (and be bloody good at it too, probably top five world wide) I prefer to spend my time typing on this forum.0

Calm down Maisie11.
Didn't bother me in the slightest. Did amuse me that you and others were getting so wound up though.
What can I say, sometimes (usually) I'm just in here for the devilment.0 -

Are you an expert on Tv editing ?0 -

You most certainly are.
Don't need any more than I have, rather just do as I please, I have a massive house, nice car, and all the material stuff I need, don't have to get up when I don't want to, don't have to work if I don't want to, go on holiday for as long as I wish, and can buy anything I want, in cash.
As for these alledged hot shots that are on multi-million pound packages, look at the state of the companies they run, they're all in the Sh*t. Barclay's lost 20 odd % in one day, how much is that useless ToZZ pot on, must be a real genious in charge their. HBOS, RBS, Merylll Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Leman Bros, etc etc etc
As for KPMG and the like, these high roller firms on mega bucks, maybe if they'd done their FFing job when they audited these companies properly highlighting that they had to much risk, had tons of toxic debt, that still these auditors don't know where the hell it is and how much, then they wouldn't be all in such Sh*t. To an extent that it bringing down the whole country.
How come these companies have suddenly gone to the wall in such a short space of time. It is the auditors responsibility to protect shareholders & investors and show thet the accounts present a true and fair reflection. They must have been asleep when they audited all the banks and not noticed a bit of EXPOSURE.0 -

This is quite true... it's edited for entertainment, and in this case, specifically to make them look foolish. As for the couple, I bet they (she especially) just wanted to be on TV, and she IS very telegenic. I bet she imagined a very different, and more flattering, 15 minutes of fame, though.
I still don't get why they didn't buy the house of their dreams. And even when it was at a higher price, surely any normal person would have said, forget the house in Sicily, offer 20k more!0
