I hope this works.
For those who want to have a look at your credit report with Equifax, the normal price is £11.75 but if you click on the link above, it's £3.50.
They are doing a promotion at the moment and I got an email from them promoting the offer.
Hope this works for everyone.

True, I did it for fun really.
One strange thing though. My rating was 'Fair' before they do all these updates but now I am in the 'Poor' range (pretty close to Very poor line too!!) and nothing much changed since my last report.
I just enrolled myself onto electrol roll and it still hasn't registered on both Experian and Equifax. With Equifax rating, it's bright red next to the electrol roll section (which is Very Poor) and if you have ANY late payment (in my case one 1 month late repayment with La Redoute) then you only get a yellow light (Fair). Other than that it's all green (Excellent).
I just feel that the overall rating is not well balanced. I know being on the e-roll is better than not, but come on! Also being late for 1 month late with just one account is not the end of the world, is it?
I pretty much doubt lenders could/world look at the score as Smurf said, everyone has their own scoring system and I don't think it's allowed as their role in the industry is purely to provide past credit information to lenders. One just can't sit an exam and mark the paper oneself can they!?0 -

ha ha! you expect them to have you on the E-roll after a month? I had been on the electoral roll for 18 months at my current address when I requested to see my credit files, and neither equifax or experian had me down as been registered on the electoral roll. It cost me a capital one rebate card!0 -
Gez I will have moved by then.......then I will have to go through the registration again - delightful!0
-
On the positive side, the Electoral Roll is now updated monthly. Until recently you'd have to wait up to a full year before you could appear on the Register. And if you moved in after September and the previous owner had already filled in the form, you were in trouble!0

I clicked on the link but it says it is £8.25. It asks for an offer code if you have one - did you use a code, and if so is it reuseable?0 -
No, no code required. I tried the link on another computer and it worked fine.
Try copy and paste maybe?0 -

Just tried again, but with copy and paste - same result - doesn't matter ordered the £2 one anyway. Might try again later and get hubby's as well.0 -
I tried it and it cost 3.50 - success - thanks for the link. Strange that when one tries the link again the price has now gone up to 6.25!This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Just to qualify my previous reply, I have discovered that you have to (in Explorer at least) Tools->Internet Options->Delete Files->Delete All Offline Content (probably good to do cookies as well) BEFORE visiting the link above. If you do this, you should see the offer of 3.50.
Hope this helps. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
