Morning all
Up since 4 but now the site has been updated, it is still showing 50% off sale items.
There are a few new items, including toys, so it is worth a look but several items left my basket overnight.0 -
I now have a new morning regime. Get up, switch computer on, wee, sign on, shower, go straight to dot com, get dressed, 2 cups of coffee, read night-time posts on Grabbit. Feel really sorry for all you night owls.
I honestly think we have all improved our brain cells with all this Bootsing and working out the best way to spend Blinkies and use/gain points! It's still Mathematics, but so much more interesting than "if 3 men paint a room, measuring 12 x 12 feet, and drink hourly tea with 2 sugars, and it takes them 4 hours 21 minutes, how long would it take 7 men, who don't drink tea?" !!!
Some of the Shop One ....... Shop Seventeen examples are fantastic! Anyway, off to Romford today, reasonably large Boots, will report back on bargains - is anyone on the lookout for anything in particular?

Things are getting desperate now went to bed at gone 3am and done nothing but dream about me coming on the computer and the sale actually being on. Placing my order and then going to the shop as well and getting stuff. Its becoming a bit of an obsession. Come on please put us out of our misery:eek: :eek:0

hallelujah to that dream!
I was just thinking about the sale. We are all trying to predict when the 75% sale is going go start by remembering what happened last year. But trading conditions are SO different that Mr B may have decided that they can't afford to sell all the existing stock at just a quarter of it's price. Surely as time goesby more people will need to be buying gift sets etc for presents so the stock will shift at 50%?
Unless they have got a load of new stock that they think will be more profitable than the sale stuff I think they could well delay the 75% sale indefinitely.
Which means we could still be having the "I was up at 3am and no sale" discussions in April!

Just looked online at sale again. I have been looking at "all sale items", my dd is with me and she asked to look at toys so i clicked on "toys" and I think there are a few things that aren't showing on "all sale items". Has anyone else found this or did i just not notice them0

Hopefully the 75 sale will start next week, but if it doesn't then I shall completely forget about the whole thing. I can understand if boots decide that its not a good idea for the time being. I can be patient....summer sale?
Oh, what's the most efficient way to use a couple of blue vouchers. Want to make sure I get the most out of them.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

Love to my two angels that I will never forget.0 -
If you buy a something for say £4.50, what are the cheapest things to buy in order to reach the magical £5 please and get a Blinkie?
I know someone said you can get Paracetomol for 10p, but is there a list somewhere please, that shows the cheapest things, we're all likely to use ?
