Perhap its all to do with the time of the order. Maybe the people who have got the refund ordered their stuff when the sale was still on but just as it was about to crash and in confusion it ended up full price, Whereas are the orders which they are refusing to refund the difference ones which were made after the site came back up yesterday afternoon with the 'sale suspended' notice?? Maybe

popped into boots today, and sitting looking lonely on a shelf was the no7 liplicious set, reduced from £16 to £3.91. I was so pleased, been looking for one of these everywhere:)
Used a 250 points wyb any no7 voucher too, so an even better bargain

I bought 3 of these on Wednesday in store for personal use and all three was leaking(couldnt see it was until i took the packaging off) its the glossier in the middle that leaks

Order has been cancelled.:wall:Thought I had the whole years kids party presents sorted (okay, and a few treats for me ). Oh well.
Sorry if it's already been asked, but has anyone thought about what they will do with all the stock that I (and everyone else) haven't received.

i`ve been dying to get it even before the sale but for some weird reason its always been out of stock in all my locals.. l really hope once .com get there act together i`ll be able to get it. (on my knees praying lol)

Popped into Winchester first thing this morning before my appointment and was surprised they had so much stuff left - although some of the shelves were bare. Picked up some In the Night Garden toys - some of them scanned at full price so they were put back. Glitter Babes sets also full price so discarded. Loads of Elle Mcpherson sets there and the little bags, oriental sets, a few mugs, and quite a bit of Ted Baker stuff, and some hair care sets. Found the reduced No 7 right near the No 7 counter and the SA was fab - used blinkie and 250 points (which she had to add manually) and then she gave me the 250 point voucher back with my receipt - bless. Popped back in again after my appointment but there must have been at least 5 people queuing at the No 7 counter where the same SA was still serving so didn't have time to see what else I could get. Shelves of 75% off stuff still looked to have quite a bit of stock on them so there should be something left for anyone looking tomorrow. Also Monsoon had racks of 70% off!
