I got my confirmation email at 3:04am thurs morning,but still not dispatched,says 'order being processed' i just hope i get it now,waited up every night for a week till 5am before the sale started thinking 'today is the day' I just hope it comes now but it seems like the people that placed their orders last are getting theirs first!! Anyone have any ideas??

Hi guys just to let anyone who is interested know i went to the llantrisant store today and the instant sunshine smooth on bronzer was reduced to £5.88 so 88p with a blinkie and I have just tried it and its lovely!!

I placed my order 3.24am weds and got confirmation in the afternoon. My order was only despatched at 4.16pm today. So, there's still hope for your order. I rang cs this morning to ask if order would come as showing as processing and they said it should go through and it has, so maybe you should do that as I am sure you are going insane like I was lol! Good luck

Hi all
I went to another Boots this morning. Very empty sale shelves. I did get some make yourslf picture christmas cards for £1.22. There was quite a lot of no 7 reduced but mostly sun tanning stuff.
Sorry to go on about this. But I looked at the sel on the UG and it definitely says that the hair serum stuff is excluded from the 2 for £6 offer.
I did get some herbal essences reduced with the 100 points so thanks for the heads up on that one.sorry didn't intend to pun

Called for the 4th time today as mine has gone through at full price & they've said they won't refund the money & i just have to send my order back.

They've said that they are not refund the money to anyone at all, so how come people on here are getting refund when they were charged full price..... this is so unfair

well my 2 orders from 5am on sale day have arrived!!! both identical...no e mail to say they were being honoured or dispatched!!! Rang customer services who said that the other 2 orders I placed the following day have also been dispatched.....LOL...anyone want an iggle piggle trike???
I was at work and my neighbour who I had told to refuse one of the orders when it came was out, boots left it with a woman 6 doors away so she took it in. I will have to trawl the street and tell everyone not to accept anything next week....problem is I've now been charged for all 4 orders
