Well. I rang this morning when my order got cancelled to complain about it, got put through to customer care, who said they would look into it and ring me back.

They've just phoned and have manually re-done my order. It's going through at full price initially, however as soon as it dispatches they are going to refund me 75% of the cost, plus the total cost of the next day delivery, plus I get to keep the full amount of points for the full price order. WOOHOO!!!

does anyone know if there will be a new No7 GWP at the end of the month? I might save a blinkie just incase:)

Just wondering, are people able to view their basket & add items to their basket?

When i click on my basket i get generic error & when i try to add things to my basket i get the same message i was getting on the 14th - one or more of the products you wish to purchase are not available at this time

Yes I'm still getting the error message, its gettting so frustrating now, I can't order anything, won't let me put anything in my basket.

I offered to show my receipt to 2 different SA's to get my blinkie after using the SS tills (I had a free GWP with no qualifying purchase on each receipt) and neither of them wanted to see the receipt - they just asked me how much I'd spent . I have lovely SA's in my Boots, haven't come across a dragon there yet.

Hvae you tried the method from the other day to clear the error?

1) log out of your account
2) add something to the basket that is definitely in stock
3) view the basket with the one thing added
4) use the "log in" button on the top right hand of the screen to log back into your account & it will bring everything up that was in your basket, then you need to delete the OOS items.

Not been on here for a while so hope you all had a good xmas and new year. In Crown Point, Denton branch today they had tons of No7 stuff reduced - loads of nail varnishes, silver eyeliners, the pink xmas lipgloss, foundations, creams, suncare and serums. I picked up a moisturiser and the pink lipgloss with my 2 blinkies. There were a few lip, eyeshadow and concealer brushed aswell. Nothing much left on the sale except a million boxes of crackers lol. I braved the 75% sale in Stockport on Weds and it was manic. Bagged myself the last ladies mini perfume set for £4.xx and an fcuk handbag perfume set for £3.50 i think. Had to take the fcuk one back as it smelled off, which i swapped for the No7 Angel Cake liplicious lipgloss, which is sooooo gorgeous and I have been lusting after it since it came out. Happy days!

With regards to the N07 accessories that you are all getting at bargain prices, do these have clearance stickers or are the SELs just showing the new sale price? They all 'seem' full price in my local stores but have not had them price checked. The ones I have been looking at are near the nail accessories etc. In one store some bits by the n07 counter, brushes etc had just disappeared and there is a bare shelf but I never saw these on clearance. Where did they disappear to???
