I think the smug looking woman on the left hand side of the "bloody" :mad: boots temporarily not available page is thinking....."ha suckers"!!! about at all us mad nutters trying so hard to get the website to work so we can buy from the sale!!!!

See that's how bored / annoyed aka losing the plot I am!!

What I did manage to see before it crashed was a lot of sorry out of stock on items. Maybe they're deleting all those items?

I spoke to customer services as I have been trying to get an order through since 4am.

I was told that they cannot access the website themselves and to try in a couple of hours or tomorrow as it could take a while to rectify the problem.

Someone must be getting through as the items in my basket keep going down!!!!

Similar to me crashed each time I ordered (4 or 5 times) I then phoned cs who said none of the orders had gone through but she could push one through manually. She did this and I have 1 order showing in my order history.

I placed a 2nd order again it crashed at payment.. I managed to get back on the site checked my orders and that had gone through and was showing as being processed.

Not received any confirmation email though but the website is showing just 2 orders... I know I will prob end up with my 1st order being done 5 time though. just my luck!

Managed to get to the Bromley store today(after trying on dot.com this morning and getting no-where) and got a few bits, did anyone go to the Bluewater store today? If so was there much there? wondered if it was worth me going up there for opening tomorrow?

Hi all,
Just got in from the sales i manage to get most of the things on my list plus more. The big boots closest to debenhams had quite a bit in there, i was after S & G bits and by the looks of it i JUST missed out as i saw plp with s&g gift sets in their baskets. There was one woman with at least 6 in her basket :mad: even the SA had one and i asked him if he was putting it back he told me no he was buying it Never mind might be lucky enough next time round.

Thanks for the heads up on the sale date...

anyone cot the customer services number please .did my order at 5.30 this morning but not sure if it has actually gone through. took my card details and cheched out but then the site crashed so not got an order number and no e mail from them I cant get into my order history

Oh well I caved in and went back out to the little Boots by me this afternoon (did .com this morning and then went into town this morning).
Really pleased I did as managed to get sewing bag I wanted. :T

THat's me done now though .........until the 90% sale :rotfl:
