Just got 'generic error' - won't let me check out. Now my basket is empty . I think I've just saved myself (and lost Boots) £100.

When I was having my order put through over the phone I mentioned Rose Petal Cottage still at 50% off and she said as it says up to 75% then didnt think it would be going down further

I was up early and waiting outside of Cribb Boots Bristol for it to open. Not too many people and all very well behaved when I first went in and loads of stuff on the shelves. Managed to get some nice stuff and paid for it all on points except the Good Works Vanity case which I used a love2shop voucher for. By the time I had finished alot of the good stuff had gone. They had loads of the R & M red make up bag sets but not much else in that range, no S & G, loads of the No 7 Protect and Perfect skin and body collection in white cases and generally lots of other stuff.

Not a huge amount of choice in the Bath stores but LOADS of the St Tropez, FCUK men's tin with scarf etc, ruby and millie red case and the big £70 no7 vanity case

I've just managed to check out with no problems. Have been trying to add stuff to my basket all day mind, but just whizzed through checkout. Just hope it all comes now!

I'm using Firefox, couldn't get onto the site at all using IE.

it lets you back in your basket & you can delete the item(s) that are out of stock.

The old Boots site would automatically delete the items as they sold out, this new website is pants!!

Thanks so much _ I thought it may heave been posted already and read a few pages back but then realised that whilst I was faffing my chances of actually buying anything were reducing.

By the way whoever said earlier that there was not a voucher in the No7 Eyebrow set, check again as there is one under the eyeshadow pallete!!!!

Forgot to say that Cribbs had loads of St Tropez also!
