Have looked on the "Help" section & it states anything showing a status of We have received your order. This means we have got your order and it cannot be cancelled - but it does say that you can refuse delivery. It doesn't mention a "pending" order status.

The Help states the following:

Refused by customer - If you have placed an order which you decide you no longer want, it is possible to refuse your order when the carrier company attempt to deliver. This will send the order back to our warehouse and you will be refunded.

So, if you do get sent everything twice, you could refuse one of the deliveries? Otherwise, Ebay the stuff or sell it to us poor MSE'rs that couldn't get to a store or buy anything online! lol!!

Thanks Suzi, I think it was more luck than anything else! I don't think I will refuse the delivery I'd be worried that it didn't get refunded.
I'll probably flogging stuff on here on Monday:D (I know I'm not allowed only kidding:p )

My 1st order from 6am this morning kept freezing when I got to payment stage, I tried about 5 times.. panicking that I was gonna get 5 orders I phoned cs who said they could see the order (s) but none had gone through.

She manually finished it off and its now showing in orders as being processed.

Hope she was right!!

There used to be an option for this on the old website, but for some bizarre reason, there isn't on the new one. It would make life a lot easier if it was back, as otherwise you just have to scroll through everything. The one way of getting around it is to have things listed on your favourites, as that's easier to scroll through.

The items that say "currently out of stock" what are the chances of them coming back into stock?

I am really after the No 7 travel bag and the Sanctuary overnight pampering box.

If i add them to my fave or wishlist will them email me when they come back in stock or is that wishful thinking!

sorry, if you zoom it blurs, usually the 'now' price is what you have paid which would make it 50% off, but without seeing it i cant tell for sure!

Nothing to be had at our little Boots, but I did get a reduced No7 Lip Moisturiser used a blinkie. To make up for nothing of interest I got a reduced Herbal Essence 400ml down to £1.47, paid and got my 100pts then noticed I'd been charged £2.97 for it, took it back and the SA credited my card with the 2.97 and asked for Boots card, thought she was going to nab the points back, then charged me £1.47 and an extra 100pts, so in all 200pts for the conditioner. And I still can't get onto the .com, suppose it's a waste of time now anyway.

Any advice much appreciated....can get to homepage, but no further. Tried through my account link at bottom, but not working. Can add an item if i go through a link via google. Very,very frustrated!! I'm a woman on the edge!!!!
