When you go into the "My account" at the bottom of the screen, you then go to the "Updating your details" section in the Answers page & there is a "click here" (half-way down the text) to update your details & then it links to the log on screen?

It works on mine, but then again, I've got the top bar showing ok too. It was just what someone else had already posted that they said worked for them (Can't find their post, but when the site came back up, I tried it & remembered that was what they had put)

Hope you get it sorted out soon. Fingers crossed!!

hi all - hope you all shopped until you dropped!!! i did!!! i spent £160 today used 8000 points and rest in case. the only items didnt get was s&g (none anywhere) and my 12 year old son wanted the ted baker set with rubber duck (he is duck mad) - otherwise i got what i wanted.

Hun, have you tried scrolling to the bottom and clicking on the my account link? You can login that way too

ETA: it takes you to help page but has the login thing at the top??? Where's minimoneyme when ya need her, she explained how to do it the other day?

Its been posted on here a couple of times today (so I'm not taking the credit for the answer) but if you

1) log out of your account
2) add something that is in stock to your basket
3) click on the basket
4) Sign in through the button on the top right of the screen

it lets you back in your basket & you can delete the item(s) that are out of stock.

The old Boots site would automatically delete the items as they sold out, this new website is pants!!

ok since 3.00 am this morning this thread has grown over many pages, i have a question - i placed order this morn and wanted the fisher price smart cycle in my haste when the 75% off started i ordered it with a few other bits and realised once order had gone through that it was still 50% - has anyone contracted boots and succesfully got them to reduce something. a bit annoyed as when you look at it it still says save UP TO 75% although going through at 50%:mad: , dh said he will try ringing them to see if he can get them to reduce it, but i was wondering if anybody else has tried?

At last!!!!!!!!! I have been trying to place my order since 11asm Finally at 4pm it went through!! Only 3 things from my original list went out od stock, so I'm one happy bunny now!!!
