Thanks, at least I should get an order then I will see what eventually turns up I think :rolleyes: I suppose I can take the duplicate order back to a store.

can any1 explain my recipt for me???? its says eg ((includes previous cute travel bag) saving £11.01 now - £11.01.....so have i not payed for these items???? v v confused lickulmiss lol

my problem is its not letting me click on my basket, then if I try to add to it, it says one of my items is out of stock so throws me out. Its saying I have 9 items left in it now but I get the error code, is there anyway of orering without registering first? can I just start afresh with a blank basket then checkout?

Raaaaah! This is doing my head in now! I've been trying to place an order on .com all day! I went to Cardiff Queen St store on my lunch hour and there was !!!!!! all left so I am one frustrated lady!

Just spoken to CS on the 0800 who say they can see my order as pending - but suggest I try again in 45 minutes?!?!?!?

In a panic I'd tried putting it through a few times but according to CS only 1 order had actually gone through
