Was so excited - had finally got to the payment screen (after trying since 7.30 this morning) entered card number, then back to the holding screen :mad: :mad:

I so want to give up, but have got some fab toys in there which will be great for birthdays. None of the local stores seem to have much in way of toys in the sale

There was an earlier post about this problem, but I can't find it at the moment!

From memory, I think you have to go to the "My account" at the bottom of the page (thats when the website is actually up & running!) & go through that link, then, in the "Answers" section, there is one headed "Updating Your details" - within the text, there is a "click here" to amend your details, it then brings up the "log in" page & that way, you can get into your basket!

A long way round, but it does work, cos I've just tried it!

Well I sat from 3:10am till around 4am and then gave up. it was all looking so good as well. Ended up in fargate Sheffield branch this morning,and managed to get a few bits, but sadly no toys

Is it the red one? If so, there is a 250pts WYB R&M colour cosmetics. It doesn't work though, and has to be added manually.HTH
