  • This is ridiculous - I've still not got an order despite being up for the start at 3am. Can feel a heated email to CS coming on.
November wins...a book, a designer handbag (worth £550 :T) and a game. I am now an addict and thank everyone for taking the time to share and post. :D

    Oh eck!!

    I haven't got a clue what I've done!

I tried since 5am to get my order through, on the 1st attempt I tried to go through PayPal but the screen froze for ages then came up with an error message so I thought the order hadn't gone - no confirmation.

So.... I try again and put in card details to pay by card, again get as far a verifiy my card and froze again  so still no confirmation.

Had to get to work, and then the site has been down for ages but have just managed to log on and looked in my orders and there are 2 orders the same there one placed at 05.18am says pending and the other at 06.04am says your order is being processed.

I don't know if this means they will go through or not??? Can someone help please?
I can't ring from work to find out what is going on.

    Thanks CC.

I'd say that both orders have gone through!! Lucky you!! Sounds like most of us on here didn't get one order through, let alone two!!

Have looked on the "Help" section & it states anything showing a status of We have received your order. This means we have got your order and it cannot be cancelled - but it does say that you can refuse delivery. It doesn't mention a "pending" order status.

    The Help states the following:

Refused by customer - If you have placed an order which you decide you no longer want, it is possible to refuse your order when the carrier company attempt to deliver. This will send the order back to our warehouse and you will be refunded.

So, if you do get sent everything twice, you could refuse one of the deliveries? Otherwise, Ebay the stuff or sell it to us poor MSE'rs that couldn't get to a store or buy anything online! lol!!

I've been trying on and off since about 7am today but without any luck. Managed to get as far as checkout before screen froze but now am not even able to login! Checked my orders before I was frozen out and nothing went through...
  • Well I caved and went back again, spent another £33 also used some points, all in all works out I have spent £77 but saved a whopping £260 woo hoo, it was absolutley rammed packed, they were bringing more stuff out not even bothering trying to get it on the shelves, as everyone was just diving in lol.

I want to say a big thankyou, from myself and all the girls I work with to those who posted the date of the sale.

Wow, that is an amazing amount of points. If you don't mind me asking, how did you get that amount of points on your order? Looking for tips for future! Thanks.

I just searched on the discount forum here and on HDUK and put all the codes in that I found separated by a comma (no spaces, just a comma).

OOOOH! I forgot to mention, I went to Liverpool St yesterday and they were guarding the olay and l'oreal GWP. It was very funny to watch them 'pounce' on poor unsuspecting victims, who clearly had no idea about the glitch.:rotfl::rotfl:

Oh. That's my main plan out the window, then.

If anyone has a spare/is able to get an extra Olay or L'oreal GWP (the black box one) I will happily pay postage + blinkie?
