At last my order has gone through. I tried a couple of times this morning with no luck. Tried just now and although it was slow it went through straight away!! Its only a small order for St Tropez and an In The Night Garden night light but hey Im happy its all I wanted :D .
Finally, I can see you crystal clear

Hi there. I'm not a regular poster (or as clever about Boots points as the experts on here are!) but thought I'd add that I'd been at Glasgow Fort Boots store at lunchtime and there is very little sale stuff left. :(

I didn't actually realise the 75% sale was on instore - I was only popping into the pharmacy - but I scanned the shelves and they were practically empty. Mainly filled with Royal Jelly gift sets and photo frames - no No7 sets, No Ruby & Millie sets, No Soap & Glory sets.

Just in case it saves anyone a disappointing trip! :)

I went to Fort this morning and I so agree, there was nothing! I am kicking myself as I really wanted a Protect and Perfect set and went to E.K after and they said they had loads in this morning all sold by the time i got there! I knew there was little at Fort but somehow studpidly convinced myself they might get stuff in! So annoyed at myself, must be the sleep deprivation trying to get an order through last night.
  • Anyone else lost the top half of their screen & know how to get it back so i can log in?
November wins...a book, a designer handbag (worth £550 :T) and a game. I am now an addict and thank everyone for taking the time to share and post. :D
  • Ok decided I would go to Ventura Park Tamworth after my trip to Burton this morning. So glad I did as they had very different items. They had two end displays full of the St Tropez sets, and some of the shimmer dust as well. Treated myself and DD to a set, also picked up Ocean Spa gift set some olives in a posh dish with a fork - in date till Dec 09 and an oil burning set - not seen any of these items in the Burton store. They had stacks of the oriental sets and loads of the mince pie pudding wine sets left - will leave these and if they go to 90% will buy up and feed the mince pies to the birds and use the pudding wine for various raffle/tombola prizes I have to provide through the year. Best of all on this visit I "paid" with my points! Incidentally one of the 75% off signs was inserted the wrong way in the plastic holder and it definitely says 90% off on the other side!

Total spend today now is £253 (but £36 of that was from my points) and savings of £725! I can't believe it - all my friends and family will have much better gifts for their birthday and Christmas than I could have afforded normally and I've got some great treats for myself. Hope everyone else is as pleased as I am - now I've got to get some work done!

    Oh eck!!

    I haven't got a clue what I've done!

I tried since 5am to get my order through, on the 1st attempt I tried to go through PayPal but the screen froze for ages then came up with an error message so I thought the order hadn't gone - no confirmation.

So.... I try again and put in card details to pay by card, again get as far a verifiy my card and froze again  so still no confirmation.

Had to get to work, and then the site has been down for ages but have just managed to log on and looked in my orders and there are 2 orders the same there one placed at 05.18am says pending and the other at 06.04am says your order is being processed.

I don't know if this means they will go through or not??? Can someone help please?
I can't ring from work to find out what is going on.

    Thanks CC.

Your going to get 2 orders.

.com is famous for this happening - ive had it done to me twice now. Go to pay, page freezes or crashes, i think i havent ordered, No confirmation recieved, go and order again then a few days later 2 orders turn up.

I dont know if you'll be able to ring CS and cancel one or not.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

Hi, just bought a Ruby & Millie Vanity case and wondered whether anyone knows if there is a voucher inside, save me opening it up? Thanks!

OMG - order through and ALL my items were still in my basket. I paid for next day delivery in the hope they will pick and send my order just in case they run out of stock before they got to my order on the free delivery option.

    Order value (inc delivery) £73.65
    Points 1772

Soooooo. eventually got £273.08 worth of goods delivered for £73.65 less points awarded means I've really paid £50.55

    YIPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Wow, that is an amazing amount of points. If you don't mind me asking, how did you get that amount of points on your order? Looking for tips for future! Thanks.
