I've been lurking as well, but just to let you know that my local store actually had signs in the window yesterday saying the 75% reductions start 14th January (tomorrow).

I can't believe we're still waiting,they are doing it on purpose now lol. Bet they're having a great laugh at our expense. Glad i didn't stay up late now last night.

I'm hoping it starts tomorrow, tonight will be the night i stay up until whatever hour - if it doesn't start i'll be at the shop doors at 8.30am lol.

Hi all! I'm very new to this but has become highly addictive! I had a quick look in Newcastle (eldon square) the other day but didn't seem to have hardly anything left - couldn't see any no 7 clearance, is it just me or am I in the wrong place? Maybe I'll have to head to metro centre....... Also has anyone seen any gucci rush giftsets on their north east travels - I'd love one but sold out on line, cost me a fortune last time I ran out as were no decent offers anywhere

You're not supposed to post codes on this thread, they can only go in the Discount Codes and Vouchers section of the board. The board could actually get in trouble, so could you delete the codes? You can include a link to them if you want.

What still no 75% sale!!!!!!
Just got back from school run. Staff asked me at school if I could help them out today!?! Normally wouldn't be a problem but I kept thinking Boots sale, Boots sale. Had to think fast "sorry can't today I have an appointment".
Got home, only to find I've been stood up yet again by Mr. B how dare he do this to us. How rude!... And just to think, I could have been helping kids with their reading today, in half a mind to phone school and tell them I've managed to rearrange appointment. But then again, I guess there's still a chance this sale could start today. What to do? Think I'll hang around waiting for Mr. B, surely it's time he put a smile on my face!

Signs? As in "printed Boots professional" signs? Not hand written notes? Well, that's it then. Thanks for letting us know. Anyone else seen signs in their store?

Someone was asking about taking things back without a receipt. If they're Boots own make, they'll take them back, no probs, if you've had an adverse reaction like a rash or something.

Regarding the Pantene sachets, someone said they're 12p in Sainsburys. Though we think we're technically getting them free and being paid 3p for the privilege - are we?

We've parted with our money to buy them, and accumulated points. Which we can use on something else. If it was something we wanted, that's fine, but if we are only getting the something, cos we've got the points ...... see where I'm going? I'd have carried on having a happy and interesting life, without Pantene sachets, if I hadn't heard of the glitch.

Could it be a deliberately planted glitch cos Mr B has a surplass of these in his warehouse? And we've all fallen for it? Like the GWPs, that we are disguising with other things? The only good glitch is the accidental glitch, like the Pinkie/Till spit/R & M mirror one.

Off topic a bit ......... always understood that you couldn't post things about discounts in other shops on Grabbit, but never understood the actual reason why. I know you can post as much as you like on the Discount Codes & Vouchers thingy, which is all part of MSE.

Anyone know why please? Thank you muchly.
