I set my alarm for 3am and then clicked refresh everytime i woke up but i kept dreaming that people were on mse saying what they had got. I feel more tired i think now for having broken sleep. I have been doing this everyday since last Wed
  • Morning all. Oh dear. Another wasted night for so many of you :( Whose heart started beating faster as they clicked on dot com - then sank as they saw that blasted couple grinning!
  • Anyone else had any problems with this? :(

I've stocked up on a few bottles with my blinkies but I don't think my eyes like it. They're really sore and watery..... I'm sure it's this causing it because they were sore all last week then fine over the weekend (when I didn't go anywhere so didn't wear any make up) and have been fine all day today (with full 'face' on!) but have now gone all sore again, since taking my make up off :(

Would Boots take them back? I don't have any of the receipts but obviously it can only be bought at Boots anyway. If I take them back should I mention I paid with my blinkies? :o In which case I'd only get £2.00 back for each one and would have 'wasted' said blinkies I'd feel. Would they even give me a refund anyway and would it be on a gift card?

Sorry for all the questions :o Can anyone advise?

Sorry to quote myself :o but has anyone else ever been in a similar situation?

Here! I'd like to smack the pair of them with a P&P skincare set and I'm not usually a woman prone to violence.......

Does anyone think the instore sale will start today??? I don't want to risk missing it but I need to sleep once my daughter is at school as I worked the night shift. From what I've read I think it will be tomorrow but oh dear what a dilema!!!

Hi Scarlet.1974, I had to take back a No7 skincare product last week, after a bad skin reaction.
I had lost my receipt, so was doubtful about getting a refund.
However the SA explained to me that any product that gives you an adverse reaction, will be refunded,
(with/ or without receipt if its a boots own brand). So I was given the money in cash, in full, then
went off and picked up my usual product.
People here have also said that they have called customer services first (and been given a reference number),
before going in to store, which has made things easier. HTH. :)
