Just because I can't see it- where did the idea that the sale starts monday come from? I thought it was the 14th!

i hope they dont think im after another one? on the receipt it just says nice and easyy 4.69 each total £9.38 and points received 36 thats it, no voucher...im bad at bootsing....im new at this

Similar here too. I did receive my Blinkie but it didn't say so anywhere on my receipt. Does that mean i could go back in (to a different store preferably as the one i used was only small & i might get the same SA again who would defo remember me coz i tried to give her my Tesco card, then Library card instead of my AC..talk about flustered!).
I wouldn't normally try this but had such a carp shop coz i'd especially gone there to use my 250 pts coupon from the Gold Bag GWP on the No.7 Purse & Makeup Xmas Gift but it bleeped & the SA read the back & said it was only valid on full price items. IS THIS CORRECT? She also said the Blinkie was only valid on full price items. IS THIS CORRECT?
Anyway, i've Wombled the coupon from behind the purse & it's a Magic one (or would have been :mad: ). Does this one scan ok or will i HAVE to insist (nicely of course:D ) that they enter it manually?

So to sum up please...can 250 pts coupons be used on No.7 Sale Xmas Gift Sets or just normal stock.

tirkiz you cannot use a blinkie or points coupon on xmas gift sets sorry x

Do the boots gwp's always go through like this when the offer dates have ended, or just on this occassion.:)

jazz i think most gwps do go through as free except for no7 ones which tend to get priced at £9.50 then £6.50 xx

I know I've had a RoC GWP free with no RoC purchase (little bag with mirror & headband - anyone remember these?) before HTH

Just taken ages to read the thread and I wanted to thank everyone for their tips, I for one very much appreciate them xx
I will be taking ds to nursery for 9am and as the boots is right by it will go and see if the sale has started and let everyone know on here xx

Princesswoo: I wasn't laughing at your predicament sweetie, it was just the way it read, seemed funny. As in "come what may I will get there", and I had visions of people scaling mountains on stilts just to reach Boots, swimming through oceans etc.

I know I'm very lucky to live near so many branches, and I do hope you can get to wherever you have to, and that there's lots for you to choose from.

In fact I hope everyone gets what they want in the sale, and is happy! Be it tomorrow, or Tuesday, or Wednesday, or the end of the month, or April, or August ..........................
