oh moans that im spending too much each wk on presents and he doesnt even know the half of it!!!!lol. are other peoples oh's like that? !
Luckily for me, my OH doesn't mind my bootsing habit. Which is just aswell, because I have stuff stashed all over the house...including his wardrobe:rotfl:
I haven't been bootsing properly for at least a week. However, I managed to pop into a couple of small stores today for a quick nosey. I was a bit disappointed with both, because there was no reduced pantene or herbal essenses. No reduced No7 either:( I found a small clearance shelf in the second store I went into with loads of soltan suncreams and aftersun. They were all priced at 50p. I really like soltan. I have a ton of No7 suncreams, but soltan is much better - well, I think so anyway:D I bought some with points:)
On my way out of the store I spotted a blinkie on the counter. I was going to grab it, but I could see the security guard watching me. I tried to shrug him off, but he followed me around:rolleyes: in the end I said "would it be ok if I took that unwanted voucher over there"? he said" I'm not really sure" then a SA came over and asked if she could help me:o I asked her if I could take the voucher, and she let me have it:D I then made a very swift exit. I can't believe the lenghts we go to just for a flamin' blinkie:rotfl:
popped in superbugs and found loads of bargains. One being a 99p paper shredder. I've been after one for a while. I'm really pleased with it:)0 -

Drat! I thought someone would say of course you can spend £20 on top ups, get the 150 points and 4 x No 7 vouchers. Oh well.
Mel, I sent yours out yesterday. Mini, I will send yours out on Monday. I will be pm'ing others when I get more.
Have a good evening.0 -

Now, honestly, were you an A level maths student, or has Bootsing boosted your little grey cells?
I'm sure everyone has bought an item at some time, and quoted to their OH that it cost twice its original price, and you bought it for half the sale price!
ha ha, no a level maths for me, i am just extremely sad as i love doing this sort of thing...same as working out what the shopping would have cost at sainsburys, were everything i buy not to have a yellow label ha ha. Luckily in boots they do this on the receipt for you. as i said to my mum the other day, anyone can buy cheap things cheaply...it's getting the expensive stuff cheaply that's the clever part! My family hear no end of my bargains...I just can't help myself! Typical conversation: Them:"this is nice beef", Me:"that's a £16 bit of beef that...go on guess what i paid...go on....35p!" I'm still trying to get my mum to shop like that as she is the one on a pension...maybe you could show her the ways sandra scarlett, sounds to me like she'd love one of your outings!Make £2012 in 2012 member #88
