Think I probably know the answer but i'll ask anyway.:o If an item purchased as part of the 3 for 2 offer is faulty what happens (it is actually the free item that is faulty)?
Could I get a refund or an exchange or am I just stuck with said item as effectively I haven't paid for it?
You should get an exchange, read more on SAD FART
Doesn't matter if it was the free one, it's still faulty. I'm sure they'll be happy to exchange it. hth

my wife works in boots (not on the no 7 counter). does anyone want to know how much commission the no 7 SA get?

    2p per item

    Jig

Is that 2p an item paid through any till, or only through the No 7 Till?

If its only through the No 7 till, I can understand why the SA will always ask customers to bring their purchases to their tills.

They must love the reductions then, if their commision is based on No of items sold rather than ££££. As I know I buy loads of No 7 when its reduced

  • Hello all!
    :D
I got my AC through the post today (my first one!) and , inspired by the peeps on here have bootsied myself out and driven my family half mad with it lol.

I think I did it all wrong through as I did several shops and disnt male the most of the way I did it

    shop one
firming face mask £11.25 blinkie and 250 pts voucher and double points used ,got blinkie (paid £6.25)

    shop two
nail varnish used blinkie and 250pts voucher (paid £1.50)

    shop three
sliky legs £10.50 got blinkie ,used 250pts voucher

    shop four
nail varnish used blinkie (paid £1.50)

    shop five
two for £6 aussie haircare , got blinkie

    shop six
tanning lotion £5.65 used blinkie (paid 65p)

So I ended up spending £26.40  and got back 802pts

Not a very sucessful trip lol but I will learn and next time (tomorrow :o ) I will plan in advance instead of panic buying like I did today.

Can someone please tell me why when I used my double points voucher did I not get double the 250pts from the voucher? would not have used it if I had realised.

Also I have a 240pt reciept here that needs validating, can I use my other double points voucher to get double that back?

You are all fabulous and I love this thread. I obviously need to focus the bootsy part of my mind though as I am a bit rubbish at it at the minute lol:p

I bought DH a no7 set (grooming set I think it was called) anyway he used the scissors today and they snapped, the tip just snapped off. Do you think I should phone cs he's opened the no7 products and we have no box or recipt so can't take it back, can I?
    Thanks
Starting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them

What you do sweetie is pout first, cos that'll give the SA a treat. Then you ask for £5 to be put on your phone, pay, get your Blinkie, say thank you.

Then you say, sorry to be a pest, but may I do that 3 times more please cos I want to get as many vouchers as possible.

You don't need to go to another SA. If she says no, well then you'll have to, but I don't see a problem.

No Sandy love, I meant would I be able to do the following:

Mimi: Hi sweetheart *smile/pout*, can I have a £20 Orange Top Up please?

SA: Sure you can. That's £20 please? You get a No 7 voucher with that for spending more than £5 love.

    Mimi: *flutters eyelids/smiles/pouts* Does that mean I get 4 x No 7 vouchers cos I spent £20?

Do you think I would be able to do the above or not? I mean I could do some more *smiles/pouts/flutter eyelids/maybe even a little dance* if that would help?

I want to do the whole £20 transaction in 1 go cos I have a 150 points when you spend £20 or more, but I would rather get 4 x No 7 vouchers (gonna be handing some of these out to you lovely ladies!) than the 150 points if not possible.

Decided to get 1 x No 7 Hydro Quench Sauna Exfoliator things. I know it's meant to be for women, but who gives a bullish. I have had spots erupt all over my face and I don't want to look scary. Will give it a whirl, have a feeling it won't work, but what the hell. Anyone know of any genuine products that will work on my gob? These spots must go!

Say a little prayer for Daddy as he is in hospital for tests all next week. And whilst you are at it, say a little prayer for the people in Gaza. Hope the violence stops soon.

    Thanks.

I would call or email CS. Even though you don't have the packaging or receipt the items still have to be fit for the purpose they are sold for ...scissors that snap are not!

    Hi Licapica:hello:
sorry but your double points voucher only doubles the normal points of your shop, not any extra vouchers.icon9.gif
I also don't think they will validate and double an old receipt (this might be SA dependant, but they wouldn't on mine) hth

mimi, I'm sure if anyone can manage to sweet talk an SA into extra blinkies, then it's you!
