Anyone know of any fairs etc I could bring a kids book stand?0

Hi everyone. Got to give a round of applause to Belmont tower. As Rach said they were extremely helpful. The set up was superb and the alternative entertainment was fun! I have been offered the Dec fair & really hope I meet you all again. Those of us who know each other should try & get stalls close together to allow us to help each other look after stall if we need a wee/smoke/brandy!! Well I'd better get a move on making a few more bits & bobs. Hope to have more of my own stuff at next fairs. I ran out of time, not too good planning on my behalf. Good luck to everyone at other fairs.0

Choco - I'm in Dungannon too (near enough!)
Oooh Linen Green Craft Fair is £90 per table, if you want electric, that's £15 extra and you have to have PLI.
I asked em if they were joking when theytold me those prices *blush*0 -
Well, after the discussion about starting our own fair I think we already have one! Belmont Tower today - MSEs certainly in abundance!! Lovely to meet you all today, hope you were as impressed as I was (apart from those of you who had the 'alternative entertainment' to deal with!) Lovely place, very welcoming helpful people who even helped us unload / load up which is unheard of! Really well organised with a very wide variety of stalls and only 2 of us jewellery gals! (again unheard of!) Hope to do this every month if I can get in and would highly recommend to any of you. Irishgirl - it was great to meet you, now all you need to do is bite the bullet and book a stall!! Definite thumbs up for Belmont:T

Most of the shows I do request PLI and in my case Hygenie Cerificates, registration with local council etc. I'm told you can get PLI through Market Federation very reasonable although I don't use them - maybe next year. Linen Green fair is always very well attended I have done it for past 2 years. Although this year it is in a large marquee @ front so who knows may be even better.0 -
Great to see everyone at Belmont! It was the best fair we have done, definitely, and we will be back in December, so looking forward to seeing you all again (maybe not ALL - you know who I mean if you were there)! Belle - my daughter made good friends with yours, and spent the rest of the day playing "You're Kimmy, Im mummy" with her little sister chasing each around the house - bless! Anyone doing Lorne this weekend? They never came back to me so I think I might take the weekend off as there are so many coming up soon.
Anyway, Im off to dust down my sequinned top and my pink floppy hat, and to practice a few songs, ready for Belmont next month - LOL!
PS - YES re XFactor, now that you come to mention it Rach!!!!Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T0
