Sorry, realised I had cut a bit off the beginning of my cutting and pasting there! It is listed as a carboot, so I presume it is outdoors, but it seems a bit hopefule to be running an outdoor one in February? (especially as I am sitting here watching the snow falling outside my office as I type!) If anyone finds out any more, let us know!

For those who didnt do the Christmas Fair, this is a great atmosphere, in a lovely school with REAL crafts, and might not be suitable for an Usborne bookstall or anything similar - it seems to be more crafted and home made items, unless anyone else has any other thoughts or comments? Also, this was one of the more expensive ones to hire a stall at - think the Christmas one was £30 or £35 which we thought was a bit steep, but was probably worth it for the atmosphere!

Anyone know of any others?

Hi rjh - I reckon it might be worth a try. We didnt do hugely well at Christmas, but it was better than nothing and good fun. It is quite "alternative" so if you are able to gear up your cakes to that sort of market, go for it! there was a knitting stall that was really popular with funky baby knits so perhaps they like baby things!! You should give Veronica a call and see..let us know how it goes!

Little Amps playgroup are holding a Easter Fair in the Linenhall Centre, Upperlands near Maghera on Saturday 28th March from 11.30 am. Tables must be booked before 19th March. I f you would like any more details let me know.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but is anyone here a jewellery maker, or has any knowledge of this area? I need help to redo an amethyst nugget. It was originally on a thong type necklace with smaller chips of amethyst on the thong. I'd lie to be able to put the nugget on a thong which has a sliding knot type thing? Does anyone know how to do this and can they explain it to me please!
