yep, you can achieve a lot in 7 months!! get training!! you started didn't you? then you swapped sex for running, and that was it!!

I've registered interest for RFL so should get an email once dates are released so the 3 of us can enter:D - and anyone else who's up for it...

:eek: - RAM 10k is a week earlier than I expected!!! That gives me just 10 weeks to train from beginning March. Perhaps Bean should arrive early after all...
