I placed an order on 5th January with M & S, should have been delivered today so I emailed them as it said not despatched and they have just emailed me back to say that all the items I ordered were out of stock! It so annoys me that it has taken them a week to decide they are out of stock.:-(

Got the dreaded email today from M&S, to say the (Celebrate) hamper I ordered was out of stock! Not the end of the world - just annoyed as I was very much looking forward to it (and my Gran was looking forward to the Christmas Cake) - nothing to be done about it - just hugely disappointed!
