Edit: They all appear to include thsi line in the description:
    Price includes delivery

So, if charged I'm sure you would have grounds for a refund from M&S's CS Dept?

Placed an order about an hour ago for the Organic Hamper bargain at 12.00.

However just got an e-mail to advise that the item has now gone out of stock and they are very sorry and have given me a 5.00 promo discount off my next order.

I have now gone back in and ordered the sip and savour which does come with nominated delivery included and is 50% off.

Just thought I would let everyone know.

Have just ordered the Celebrate hamper - thanks katholicos (have pressed the button) - noted that it said free delivery - but at the end of my order saw that it wanted to add on the delivery
so phoned M&S up - lady on the phone - placed the order and removed the delivery charge (apparently they were meant to remove this bit from the descriptions now they are in the sale, but as they haven't are honouring it!)

I've ordered the Festive cheer hamper - bargain. At check out I was charged for postage - e-mailed Customer Services and received a reply within a couple of hours to say they have refunded the postage:j

Sadly missed out on the Wine Crate but may be a good thing as a resolution is to cut back on the vino:rolleyes:

don't know if it might help someone but I purchased two of the M&S festive cheer hampers just a couple of weeks before Christmas - the dates on most of my items were very short - can't remember exactly what they were but some were definately Jan & Feb (even teabags) - I had checked as I was wondering whether it would be worth buying in the sale to keep items for next Christmas.

From what I've read on previous threads, the Tesco hampers last year had long dates on them.

    - just something else - both of my hampers were the types packaged in the red boxes and they did arrive damaged (only the boxes) - they were dented and one was a little torn on a corner - I'm sure this was due to the rubbish packaging - they were only cover in a thin layer of plastic wrap - not put into another box.

    - at the prices they are offering these at though they are still a fab bargain - good spot OP :)

If it says free delivery in the description then I would argue the toss ....like this one..

    Product Details

    Piggy Bank

    Sweetie Bowl

    Percy Pig Gums (340g)

    Percy Piglet Gums (170g)

Presented in a Percy Pig-decorated gift box

    Price includes delivery

Notice the Price includes delivery has now been removed from other listings though.

That may be what they intended but there's absolutely no wording to that effect on the items. I would ask to speak to a supervisor, don't let them get away with it.
