M&S are really good...take a screen shot showing it states free delivery and email it to their customer services...they will refund the charge straight away.

i just looked and it seems they have changed the free delivery offer now LOL!

It says "Free nominated day delivery when you spend £150 or more. Enter code FREENDAY at checkout. Here's how (restrictions apply)"

But ahhh, at the bottom on the contents list of each hamper it says "
    • Scottish all-butter shortbread selection (675g)spacer._V42753721_.gif
    • Chocolate selection (440g)spacer._V42753721_.gif
    • Brandy butter (195g)spacer._V42753721_.gif
    • Basket dimensions: H240mm x W540mm x D315mmspacer._V42753721_.gif
    • Price includes delivery"
    Got 'em!

    Re: Delivery charge.
I ordered one the other day and pointed this out to them in an email, they said they could not do anything whilst order was being processed, but if I got in touch after I had received the hamper, they would refund the delivery.

    that's good to know!

I wonder if it will mess up my Quidco if i ask for the delivery charge to be reimbursed, or is Quidco's 5% cash back on M and S not including delivery...so in other words, it will be okay to go for a refund on the delivery costs?

Any help on that would be appreciated, thanks
