It would depend on your contract with CPW Jay whether you are still in contract or not. If ok then they should issue you with a PAC to MIGRATE not port as you are staying on the same network.Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0

I'm on the simplicity package so not tecnically in a contract. I phoned up and asked for a PAC code they told me to write into them and they gave me a reference number to quote. Is that the correct way?0

Hi Jay,
I'm guessing they have their own procedures for it, I wouldn't make someone do that but then I don't work for CPW or 02. Did they say you could e-mail the request in? then it would be easy for them then to hit reply with your PAC code?Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Nah they he clearly said to write in to the address I remember Orange doin the same in the past0

snail mail? does anyone do that any more? Have they not heard of paperless offices and saving trees! ;-)
I can understand them wanting something in writing so they have a papertrail (no pun intended). Surely a fax or e-mail would suffice?
.....and my customers who have come over from the fruity network have not had to put pen to paper.
worth asking if you can e-mail or fax. tell em you're snowed in and can't get to the postbox :rotfl:Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0 -

-
By getting a pac code do you mean Jay? Yes that is the correct process.Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0

You can't use a pac code to transfer to the same network, only from one to another. . .0
