I will try, trouble is I am like a kid in a sweetshop. I am trying to make cards, I am doing a valentines hamper, bought a mini scrapbook to have a go at that, I am knitting for the first time in about 30 years and today I have started to make a sock monkey!
Then I will come on here again and think WOW thats a good idea and off I go again, hehehe:D:DHere I stand, foot in hand
staring at the wall

Hi Manson :hello:
Welcome to the nuthouse :rotfl:. I'm knitting, card making, have all the stuff for a scrapbook and have been hamper making but have managed to resist the sock monkeys as yet although I do have a spare pair of socks that I've saved..........
I've also managed to keep on top of the housework since I joined in with the organised Christmas thread so I no longer have the EU washing and ironing mountain. In fact I had to hunt round to find enough to fill the washing machine this morning. Still detest dusting though.
Most importantly thanks to everyones here I managed to survive December and January without sliding into the usual black hole.
I'd never had banana cheescake there before but it was fab - thought you'd be more of a choccy orange profiterole fan choccy or would that be cannabalism? :rotfl:Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Morning all
Had quite agood day yesterday, received the cheques from Mazuma for my old phones, came to 12.50 so putting tenner of it onto dughters campint trip and the 2.50 towards presents. Joined Littlewoods bingo the night before and went through Quidco. Said you had to deposit more than £10 to get £10 back and play through half of it in the first 3 days. Was originally just going to join for the free scrathys but thought why not have a go on the bingo as I do like playing it. Played through just about half of my money and had about 60p to go when I wont a tenner so withdrew £15, Makes me £5 up already and with a tenner to come off Quidco if and when. Its tracked already so should be ok. Had £4.50 track for Mazuma too.
Only thing with Littlewoods is that I left 60p in there to keep doing the free scratchys and while I was outside OH decided to have a go for me and put the lot on the next book of cards on the bingo and lost so now I dont have anything in the account. Is ther eany of you more familiar with these St Minver sites that knows whats best to do? Should I just put some more money in again and with draw it once I won on the scratchy or shall I just join another site?0 -

Hey everyone, just popping in to announce my very great excitement - I was looking through my stuff to see what can be thrown out since I'm moving it all into my OH's (bigger, more central, less astounding view) place and found a gift I bought myself that is now joining the gift pile. That, along with the stuff I bought in the sales, means my mother's Christmas gifts are sorted. So are all birthdays except my OH's (and he's probably getting a blow up doll as I will be enormous by then hehehe).
Oh, and I now have a visible bump in the front of what used to be my flat belly and my navel is clearly shallower. It's official!
(I won't even tell you what's happened to my b00bs)
Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
