Rusty - more hugs - I went through something similar with my OH a few months ago - he didn't lose his job but his disappeared and the new one was supposed to be ringfenced for him then he didn't get it when it went to interview (nobody else did though) - I ended up ignoring him as he was driving me potty just sat on the end of the sofa - didn't help that he decided to work from home for a month as well so it was all day every day.

He snapped out of it in the end - although the upshot of it is the possible job in Newcastle .

I found housework a great stress reliever - broke a couple of mugs in the process though :rotfl:. He now knows when he's annoying me as I clean the kitchen floor

He drives me mad anyway as he sits there while I'm running round like a blue !!!ed fly doing the housework looking after DD and working - then he says what's for tea and expects me to go out and get stuff even when he could have done it during the day.

Suppose the short answer would have been you're not alone but we love them anyway!

Youv'e lost me on them ones hun, mine haven't showed me them, but if they are made by charetor then there is an address on their website. I complained about the sonic screwdrivers breaking in the same places after a couple of weeks a few months ago and they sent me 2 new ones in the post.

I am off now to look at these new DR Who toys as DS1 is a grandmas tonight. I can't believe he has missed something LOL

Got my tyres done and must have misheard the price as they were £238 rather than the £258 I was expecting - I did have to have the tracking done though and car now goes in a straight line - note to self do not hit any more kerbs :rotfl:

My NSW(thats right no spend week!) is now a nospendfor5days Because i cracked and bought a tshirt and then i got an email saying that the papermania papers are 50 or 60% off so theyve jumped into my basket AND i figured i might as well throw caution to the wind and Ive order a chinese takeaway oops.
But I feel a lot better today - getting a cold though which isnt great but meh

Starting my own blog now, its so hard trying to add all my bits and bobs lol.
Im putting all my crafty bits and bobs on it and putting the things about my 101 things in 1001 days onto it too, well if i can work it out lol! x x

don't get me started on husbands:mad: , husband was being really money saving and motivated yesterday so today I made the mistake of taking him to tescos for my top up shop so I ended up spending an extra 10.00:mad: .

So everyone at husbands work has been given another 10% pay cut on top of the 10% he's already had. That doesn't bother me so much as it just means cutting down on things a bit and re budgeting, being frugal - which I thrive on but it's the fact that we won't get the same mortgage with this lower wage - as we were hoping to move - so we have to look lower! Starting to not care what state the house we move to is in as long as I get moved to the bairns catchment for her school!!!

scattymam1 - my OH does that as well and we usually come home with nothing to make a meal with either :rotfl:.
I make him push the trolley now and he still manages it!

I prefer to take DD as she's far better at steering the trolley than I am and she takes it back for me .

OH came home with yet another server tonight - was so big and heavy that we only just managed it between us and it nearly buckled the wheelbarrow :eek:. fortunately it is living in the garage - the first one he brought home sounded like an aircraft engine :rotfl:. Bonus is that I was moaning about how photobucket hates me so he's going to give me my own space on his webserver for pictures and I might even be able to have a crafty blog :j:j

Well i am so sorry that i haven't been around much. I promise i have been being a good choccy orange. Its been a strange few weeks. I just dont feel myself if that makes any sense I have just found my freedom again after 28 months of not being able to drive but i just cant be bothered to do much of anything at the minute. Well what with this weather :eek: .I ventured out yesterday for the first time this week and slipped over It was actually quite funny as a neighbour was out snowballing and came to help. He fell over too :rotfl: So we both sat in the snow laughing. First time in over a week i had laughed too !! My youngest 2 were quite mortified that mum had fallen ( i have a metal pin in my leg) But i reassured them i was ok. Told H when he came home and he hasnt even asked if i am ok :mad: .

Rusty my H is an xbox360 addict also !! Very similar to how yours sounds, its the only thing that matters. If hes not at work hes on that. It drives me nuts !! So now i just ignore him makes me feel better Just wanted to let you know that you are not on your own..... So hugs to you xx

Well as you know my twin furrypig has gone off on her jollies. Sorry to hear that you have been poorly... Hope you are feeling better soon. So pleased you managed to change Discovery Cove (its awesome !) Ooops im going off topic again .... Well i would like to say that i have not stowed away in her suitcase or been eaten by her :rotfl: ( Would of loved to of stowed away in her suitcase though). Dont worry furrypig i am sure i will keep the UK craft stores in business until you get back Ive still been buying stuff and not managed a page yet :rolleyes:

So glad you came on here Choccie O!! I was getting worried that the thrifty gifty girls were going to file a missing person report with me as the chief suspect!! (I am partial to a choccie orange after all!!)

i am feeling quite a bit better today, no vomitting anyway! Won't give you any more details!! Still been indoors all day hope to actually get to seaworld tomorrow!

I do think it's hilarious that you buy all the stash and never make a lay out either, one day we will create a page Choccie!! I will get there!! My daughter even tells me off for buying all the lovely items without ever using them (how can I ??? have you seen how lovely the 3 sets of K & Co paper are plus embellishments??!!!)
