Here is my first money neutral list of gifts for birthdays this year. All those in purple are sorted :) All those in black need a few things more buying/I ask that person what they want. For all the presents I have currently bought I have spent £46.97, but have got £116 in my 'cash pot' from surveys, cashback etc. and the rest I have bought with my vouchers or Boots points so no 'real' cash is spent.

Valentines - 2 gifts bought inc. wii game, need a home made present
Mothers day - Chanel bought, need a few other bits
Dad's birthday - smelly set & whisky bought, need a few other bits
Friends birthday - Smelly set & voucher - complete
Friends birthday - Necklace - complete
OH's birthday - smelly set, need other bits
Friends birthday - vouchers - complete
Friends birthday - Necklace - complete
Friends birthday - Smelly Set & bag - complete

Friends birthday - nothing yet will ask
    Father's Day - nothing yet
Friend's baby's birthday - In the night garden toy - complete
    Mum's b'day -
    Dad's b'day -
    Grandad's b'day -

    Cash spent: £46.97
Cash fund from Cashback/survey sites etc. : £116.67

Jammy you are so lovely. I am so lucky to have met a friend like you xx I don't mind about my things.. The kids already had enough for christmas so I didn't get greedy and order loads of toys. Sylph wanted In the Night Garden things for her little boy and I just SO hope hers went through.

    Hello everyone ...

Still almost nothing done in the way of Christmas shopping, but a spare present from last year is getting reassigned for a birthday later in the year and some things at least are taken care of.

In other news, my wedding is next month and things remain to be organised, but I'm no longer feeling any morning sickness at all and we're now past the bedrest and the dangerous stage. Hurrah!

Very impressed by all you people and your hard work and staying up late for Boots. I hope you all get your stuff!

  • Hi all,

Just popped in to see how you're all doing (avoided coming here yesterday for fear of wanting to rush to Boots and spend more money i dont have - so not good at the money neutral thing!).

my craft superstore order arrived yesterday and my nice neighbour took it in for me so i didnt have to go collect it at the weekend :D my new stuff is just sooooo lovely ... i played with my new pens for ages ...prob not such a good idea as i was supposed to be preparing for an interview today but oh well!!

furrypig - glad you got your whispers pens :)

sylphraven & pinkladymel - i hope you get your Boots items, it'd be awful to have spent all that time trying to order them and not get it

Jamtart6 - you are soo nice offering your bits out to others, not sure i've ever known anyone like you! And thanks for posting your list, its made it a bit clearer to me how my list should be shaping up - i'd completely forgotten to include mothers/fathers day and valentines day etc :o
:D Come On You Irons!! :D
