You probably have a glib response for that too.

Oh my god I cannot believe this RMA
You would have to laugh if this was not so frustrated!!!!!!
This morning I have received a letter from RMA saying that I have 48 hrs to contact them regarding an overdue amount of £1!! from a credit card with Allaince and Leicester (MBNA).
I was fuming as as far as I was aware I was fully up to date with my payments on this account! On checking, I found this was correct.
By this time it was to late to contact RMA, so I contacted Allaince and Leicester.
They informed me that the reason they had passed my personal details on was because my last 3 payments had been received 1 day late. (Due to paying by internet banking I may add).
I suggested that as I had already been financially penalised for this, now I also had my details passed on to a load of clowns who are offering a payment plan. (may I remind you £1)!!!!!!!!
Anyway I came up against a brick wall with A&L who basically said I should not have paid late! (may i remind you 1 day)!!!!
I am going to call both companies at a more sensible hour on Monday so i was just after any thoughts or advice on how to deal with these people???0 -

Hiya, good luck and keep in mind the phone number RMA have given you is almost certainly a premium rate number! Stay calm and focussed and I'm sure you'll have no problems.0 -
rma best dealt with via letter format as no court in the land or lawyer sends out writs via phone do they?0
