Yeah I think the problem's with their database on the website. :-/ It might work again if you try again a bit later.
Hopefully the direct link to the Mozilla Update extensions page should work for you.
If not try the author's homepage.
The plugin is a timesaver for me, to make something bold, I can highlight the bit I want, and select 'bold' from the context menu, and the code is inserted automatically. By the way, some the smileys
