On IE I can open favourites then "add " to it,I cannot seem to "add" to Firefox? or am I missing something?0
-
Thanks but it does not give me the same options as IE. it only gives 5 destinations, IE gives me unlimited and the ability to create a new folder ?Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0

Click the down arrow button (not the down arrow on the drop-down list) and it will show all folders with an option to create a new folder.0

If thats the small window that opens up after clicking bookmark this page, there is only 5 options, none of which allow me to create a new folder!Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0

HIstory is under GO menu (bottom option)
You mean how to post a screenshot pic ??? I have a program to do most of it now but there is another way:
Press the "Prt Scrn" button (sends screen snapshot to clipboard)
open a new paint document
From the menu - "Edit" then "Paste"
then you can edit it,
save it to your desktop,
Next you can upload it to a site like
tinypic who then tell you a few different versions of the url for the pic.
The ones in the form
[ IMG ]http://tinypic.com/p1u83[ /IMG ]
can be pasted right into the post like I did above
If you use tinpic, make sure you save file as jpg or it'll be too big and they'll resize it - last time I forgot my pic came out the size of a postage stamp0 -
I've tried Firefox and it is very good. It may seem a bit clunky at first compared to IE. as IE. is using a local cache of data that has been aquired over time. A new copy of Firefox has to build up its own store of stuff. Once you revisit sites then things are much faster than Internet Explorer.

I'm glad you posted this. I downloaded Firefox and played with it for a bit but noticed that it seemed slower than IE and 'lumpy', in the end I removed it and went back to IE. Think I'll give it another go

I'd settle for a slightly more clunky operation because of the enhanced security Firefox gives. Personally I've not noticed much difference. What I do like is to be able 'Tune' it to do a lot of things I.E cannot. The Firefox crew listen to peoples comments wheras with M.S its usually a deathly silence.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
