I've never had this payment and I've been on ib for about 7 years, I know its gone up to £60 now but I never recieved the £10 one before either, although I never persued it.
I have looked in my bank account today though and see a bank credit of £25, I have no idea where its from as that info usually goes on some days later. Could this be anything to do with the payment even though its not full £60?Thanx

My mother received a £25 cold weather payment today -she lives in Lancashire. Perhaps this is what you have today too?0

It says nothing at all just bank credit but all transactions show up like that in my account for a day or so before giving more detail. I just wondered if anyone had recieved the payment in 2 or 3 payments rather than one. It is the day my ib comes into my account and I'm definitel;y not expecting any money from anyone so thought maybe it might be that. If I don't get it this year I will enquire about it this time. Wonder if they would backdate the 7 years missingThanx

i think there are several postcodes which are chosen because of a weather office advice and Mum's is just one of them. I think it islikely that you have received onetoo.0

the £25 is for cold weather payment so you must be on income support for being sick if you get only is then xmas bonus is not payable unless you get dla also0 -
