Good effort in this weather, suppose it motivates you to go faster to keep warm though. We're made of strong stuff down here! We had a load of people from Edinburgh down for an xmas party whinging how cold Manchester was?! Might just be people from Edinburgh though! :eek:
<checks noone is looking!>

I don't - would probably mean I felt guilty turning the laptop on!
Seeing you've already had a laugh at me...I was washing up earlier and DS came through and said that they were talking about Gazza on Newsround and how sad it was and yes, I was thinking about Paul Gascgoine (sp) and said something about how maybe they'd manage to sort his treatment out soon. Yes it is obvious now but DS is footie mad!:oMortgage OP 2025 £7550/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Well i kick started myself back into gear today. Back at work after the school holidays.
Came home and took the dog for a walk right away as i know if i sit down and even have a cuppa i then find it harder to take him for a walk and will find excuses to not. Felt good for doing it as well actually.
Im then joining weight watchers tomorrow night, not looking forward to seeing my weight written down at all. But i have a goal, i put my name down to go to center parcs in May with school (special needs school and our students go on a field study trip every year for 1 week) and want to feel more confident in a swimming costume.
So that will start Wed and then tomorrow night as well im going to the gym, haven't been in the 2 weeks holidays at all.Mummy to two girls: October 2013 and February 20160 -
Well done CD, you always feel so much better just having been active... i was saying the same thing to Spud today when she said she was going to walk the Leeds 10k in June....

You could say that, still got a lovely covering of snow here. Happy for it to stay cold for a couple of months but then it must be really hot for once or I'm leaving to Spain.Keep the Faith!0 -
Spud - i got those scales... they are not my fave thing, the results are not good (altho same as leisure centre scales were 2 weeks ago) so no surprises!!!
i think the scales are good, just the numbers are not the best! lolI'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
