    I'm on vista and I haven't got an EN either, but I did have a keyboard that did what yours does bookie once....i just used the ALT0163 all the time...it works in all programs except this one it seems....

    I was told years ago that it was cheaper to keep the emersion on all day than to keep switching it on and off all the time....not sure how true that is...

    Don't know about Vista but on mine there's an option in control panel for Date, Time, Language and Regional options where you can set it to English UK too.
