Added the triggers above, hope this also helps.

The weather station and triggers may not be even, so what I did as ours in Senny Bridge as this is the 11th one up from the bottom is count upwards with the triggers, just to be sure.;)

we get IS with severe disability, i get dla high rate, moblity high rate, hubby getsc carers we live in Gwynedd ll42 could some one look too see if we our postcode is on ther please we can not get the site to load for us, many thanks in advance an sorry for being a pain

LL42 is covered by Valley weather station, unfortunately it hasn't had any cold weather payment triggered.

My OH gets DLA (high mobility, middle care) we get IS and I get carers. From what I've read we should get a CWP. But have had nothing....
Any ideas?

You would only get the Cold Weather Payment if you get a disability premium with the income support.

DLA and Carers Allowance are not qualifying benefits, it has to be Income Support with either a child under 5 or Income Support with one of the following premiums:

a pensioner premium, higher pensioner premium or enhanced pensioner premium,
a disability premium or severe disability premium,
a disabled child premium,
Child Tax Credit that includes an individual element for a child or qualifying young person who is disabled or severely disabled.

I have just found my paperwork, and it says we get a specific amount for disability, and I have also just phoned the Job Centre Plus and double checked that that amount is the same as a disability premium. So it seems we are due a payment although she couldn't tell me definitely as she said it was triggered by the Met Office.
Phew, this is very complicated isn't it!
She said the payments hadn't been sent out yet and it would be 10 - 15 days before they were.
I'm not entirely convinced she knew what she was talking about, but I have nowhere else to ask so I'll just wait and see.
