I feel a bit like that at the moment, payday seems ages away and i just want to get on and pay some more money off.

Trying to stay away from the boots sale as i know i waill end up buying stuff i really don't need and would end up puting them on my card.

Well ive done all i can do for the past few days i have:

* cancelled some DDs for bills we have cancelled to cut down (ending at the end of Jan)
* Sorted the fileing cabnet out so the bills are in order
* re created spreadsheet for the next few months
* put money aside for trip and car tax
* sorted lunch out for work tomorrow
* saved £13 in vouchers (lunchon, morrisons, homebase and M&S)

Bad things are:

* no money till pay day so no PAD
* Got a bank charge

Suprisingly im feeling ok because i know ive done my best this month and really tried and i know exactly how things are and where im going.

I have been stressed out as me and OH are TTC and im now 8 days late but nothing is showing on the tests so ive been a bit down but maybe some good news will come next week when im at the drs, but for now all i can do is wait (and how expensive are these tests :mad: !!!)

Oh and my ebay item is selling and i got a letter off egg about my PPI saying they will be back in contact in 28 days so hopefully fingers crossed ill get that back!!!and ive changed my quidco to go into paypal so there is £32 in there and ill pay that as soon as it comes through!! i love my totals coming down and im just itching to pay more off now

well ill let your know if i do any more or get anything paid!!!

well just a quick pop in tonight i have made a PAD of £1 to avon as i didnt spend it at the shop so though id pay it off something quick lol ebay item now has 2 bids roll on saturday whoop whoop back to work tomorrow not good made my lunch ready to take with me very MSE!!!

I Miemie and Piquant thanks for stopping by!!! im doing ok for now my item sold on ebay for £54 and £5 postage and i have £32 in my quidco account so when that transers to pay pal it is going to pay my bank charges then the rest to my avon which will hopefully bring my totals down too .... ive been away fro the weekend and spent hardly anything which is great i used my £6 lunchon vouchers in asda to buy supplies for the car and made sarnies which did us there and back and we still have cans of pop and stuff left which will go into packed lunches so when we stopped at the services we spent nothing!!! i am however skint till payday tho but everything is paid and ive managed to plan ahead for birthdays and even overpay my debt a little too ......

Well i am going to unpack today and tidy up too its horrible here and raining so ill stay in today.

Glad yu hoad a good weekend, I'm also skint till payday this friday, so trying to be creative with bits out of the cupboard for packed lunches.

Wet and horrible here to,in fact its been horrid all weekend i've been i hermit and not gone anywhere, but at least that means i hav'nt spent anything.

hello from another lurker who's been reading your thread. I can sympathise with the mid month lull, it's a killer isn't it, you get things paid at the beginning of the month then have to twiddle fingers until pay day, (end of next week for me).
Good luck on the tests at the doctors, hope it's the news you want.

Well today im off work and have spent yesterday tidying the house and having a clear out, im hoping the money will come through off quidco this month too as then i will be able to clear one of my debts off which would be great !!!! need to get a valentines card too me and OH have decided instead of presents we will go out for a meal as we dont get out that much. Plus its just been xmas so there is not much we want and a night out will be great. We seem to be doing ok bill wise and ive dropped the cost of some bills too, our shopping bill is doing great thanks to the OS board and i currently have a sausage cassorole in my slow cooker which will do for tea and some left over to freeze too!!! On the baby front im still waiting ive spent £20 on tests this month so im not buying anymore although im 13 days late now im going to hold out till fridy and test at the doctors.... Really hoping for a 2009 baby as i had a miscarrage last year and would have been due in April 09... last year was really bad our bills were sky high, money was all over the place, id lost my job and took a lower paid one and i had more debt and no way of sorting it out so this year is going to be better i can feel it !!! my debt free date is 31/08/09 hopefully in time for a baby .... although we will still have a car loan which is going till 2013 but there is not a lot we can do about that so i want rid the rest before we have a baby as i dont want to start out in a bad way ..... god im ranting today lol i didnt realise i was!!! well have a good day everyone.

Good morning :j

Im back at work today but i dont start till lunch time, i havnt done much today and dont have much to do really as im still skint but ive done a survay on pureprofile and got paid £2 for it so im getting closer to the £25 that i can withdraw im on £12.65 so far so im getting there ... checked paypal and my quidco money still hasnt arrived yet so i might have to wait till next month for it to get here. Well im going to sort out some lunch to take to work (very MSE!!!) and put the washing away might check for overtime at work again, i doubt it will be on but its worth asking i suppose, i am starting to get a bit worried about my job incase im made redundant as i havnt been there very long im pretty sure its safe but you never know really do you? anyway im off to get ready!
