tesco charged full price - even though had voucher

i used the £10 voucher code put up on here - cant remember what it was now and cant find it - can anyone help there? tesco sent me an email saying when, etc the goods will come and how much - they had taken the £10 voucher off - the goods were delivered yesterday so i deleted the email (stupid me?) and now i have logged…
