where would i look for the recently deleted emails please? i use msn hotmail for my emails.....thanks - ive emailed them with more or less what you said above but have yet to get a reply0

Had the same problem. I orded goods which came to an amount, yet the coupon was ignored and I have been charged MORE than it should have been, even if the coupon had not been used! What a pants service. Luckily I have still got the confirmation e-mail which shows the coupon used and the order detail. I have e-mailed their CS about it and stated my dissatisfaction in no uncertain termsWhy pay more for the same?0

i have used numerous codes off here and then tesco didnt take the money off my shopping so i gave them a quick call every time they have refunded me so far
surely if the codes are in a magazine or paper any body can use them???
I know the £10 with no minimum was a little cheeky as that was issued to a specific person reagrding a complaint but hey if you dont try you dont get!!!!!:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -

Sorry, I don't think u can do it on hotmail, i know theres a deleted email folder on outlook, and also a recently deleted place on aol, but just looked on my hotmail a/c and couldn't see anything!

What does your receipt from the delivery person say? If that shows the £10 off then I imagine you have a right to your money back but otherwise I think you'd have to put it down to not winning on this one!0

I phoned up CS and told them I had been overcharged by £10 even though they confirmed code had been used, this was on the 2nd order out of 3. I have 3 seperate Tesco clubcard accounts. They advised they would put the £10 back on my card immediately. If I have to query something I would much rather speak to someone than email them, by that is just my personal preference.
I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

yes, i think i will be phoning them first thing monday morning - no time today - havent had chance to look at the delivery note as my shopping is still down at my mums - as i wasnt in i had it delivered to hers and i havent had chance to go get it yet - going today so will see...

I was also charged the £10, although it was deducted on my confirmation email. I emailed them and they replied saying they'd put it back on my card, which has now been done.
However, this morning I have an email to say sorry the code can not be used this time, as it wasn't sent to me.
Just checked my online card statement and the tenner has gone back in!
Hope this doen't mean that they are going to take it back out again.............

OH DEAR I spoke too soon, on checking my other email account they have emailed to say there was a mistake, I am not allowed to use that code and that I cannot be credited with the £10 after all. I have emailed CS a strongly worded email and await their response. :rotfl:I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL
