Hello,
Just to let you know that IF you call Tescos up direct via PHONE (not email), explain that you got a voucher off a "friend", they will ask for the voucher code - give them your xx-... (cant remember) and then they will refund you the money - say that you had a £10 voucher/no minimum spend!0 -
yes i will reply this is a money saving website.as for you saying about the ozone if you would have thought about what was ordered a birthday cake it was an item that was needed not someone just buying a cd because of the voucher.so if they had not had home delivery would probably had to drive to tesco anyway to get hence damaging the ozone and if we all did this instead off home delivery what would happen then more ozone damage so there.as for calling people scum dont think we need people like you on these boards we are just trying to help each other save a little:eek: :rolleyes:0

Hi,
I emailed them, stating that i was a very loyal customer to tesco instore and online and i feel this is really poor customer service, i am now looking at moving my grocery shopping eleswhere.
Within a couple of hours email back saying the £10 will be Refunded to my Account.
TOP MARKS TO TESCO
and i do usually use tesco every day to buy my fruit for work so its nice and fresh.:ASexy_fufu:A0 -
You were lucky then cos I spoke to them on the phone, they confirmed they would credit the £10 back to my account, then when I checked my email they had sent an email saying that they would not give me the £10 back after all so I emailed them and said I was very disappointed in the CS etc, and nothing has been received from them, they acknowledged my email but that was it.
Very disappointed with the level of customer care - if not received this PM I will email them again,I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

Tesco are meant to be the leading store in the UK. If they give out a code offering £10 off, whether they intend it to go to a few select people or not, people will find out and hence use it. You can't let Mrs Bloggs pay £60 for her shopping when Mrs Smith is getting the exact same shopping for £50. The codes are aimed at people who haven't used the online store before, hence loyal customers lose out.0

What happened to the "be nice to all moneysavers" motto?
If the abusive PMs get published they might get struck off and this forum would be a nicer place!

I ordered some shopping using the £10 off no minimum spend. My order came and I noticed I had been charged so I got straight on the phone to Tesco CS. I spoke to a CS manager and he said it would be put back on my card straight away and would appear within a few days on my account. Then when I looked more closely at my invoice I noticed that because alot of the things I wanted were out of stock it brought my total down to less that £10 inc offers etc & inc delivery. I had not ordered alot, mainly heavy, bulky items. I think thats why my £10 wasnt taken off. Sure enough though, when I checked my bank account a few days later the £10 had been refunded so I got almost £10 worth of shopping for free and got paid 17p in the process.0

When my shopping was delivered XX-RK4J was not used and 1500 points not added
.
I spent over £100.00. At the bottom of the order it said they would send me an email today saying why the code had not been used. I read here - http://www.loyalty-points.co.uk/forums/archive/index.php/t-528.html - that it is for first orders only. No email from Tesco's yet but I'll report back when I get one.0
