Toots - i'm being good - honestly. Very CAREFUL indeed!!

Indigo - dog poop is one of my pet hates too. I have two dogs...I pick up every poo that they do. Why can't other people do the same. Round here there are a number of dog walkers who never pick up and our children go mad about it and always tell them (nicely) to pick up. It's horrid. Sorry, rant over!!! xx

    Monday Mayhem..
    Level One
[STRIKE]Clean the sinks, baths, toilets, showers etc
    Declutter the manky bathroom floor[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
Wash the window and clear the sill - Don't have one in our bathroom (Not done any of the others)
[STRIKE]Fling out all the empties from the bathroom
    Wipe the mouldy bits away[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
[STRIKE]Scrub down the tiles[/STRIKE].. defrag the pc while you do this!.. or virusscan or spyware scan
    [STRIKE]Wash/vacuum the floor[/STRIKE]
Wash the shower curtain/screen, curtains/blinds etc - Might go do this while dinner cooks
    Extras
    1. [STRIKE]Empty and clean out the bin[/STRIKE]
    2. Polish the mirrors - Don't have one
    3. Declutter the desk.. make it shine!
    4. Delete 50 unwanted emails from your inbox!
I'm pretty pleased with myself for my first day. I've not touched the main bathroom but considering that it is missing a wall and has no tiles etc I think it's OK to leave it until the building work is done.

Off to move clothes from WM to TD then refill the WM, then I'll get dinner going for when DH gets home.

    *rant warning*
there is too much dog poop on the pavements where i live, it's a health risk, and i hate worrying that we'll walk some into the house and get it on the carpets etc:mad: There are signs warning of fines, but no-one takes any notice!
I don't want to pick up dog poo or have to always go walkies, so I don't have a dog! Surely if you have a dog, you have to do these things, or you shouldn't have one?!
the street cleaners also always come round the day before bin day, instead of the day after, which would make more sense, cos there's always rubbish lying around after the bin men have been! aarrrrrrgggghhhhh:mad: and they don't clear up the dog poo either!!
    rant over:rotfl:

I agree about dog poop - I have 2 dogs and I clean up after theim, I hate seeing it all over the paths and if kiddies fall in it, it's so dangerous - If it's really bad around our way, they start doing patrols to catch people - you should report it and see what they do...

I spoke to our street cleaner as that is one of my bugbears too (I have loads... :rotfl: ) and he said they start on a monday and their week finishes when they do, so they get it done as quick as possible... hence they don't do a proper job, miss bits, like the corners where it builds up, and are always there BEFORE bin day! What is wrong with our councils? can't they set up rotas? is it too hard? do they want a 5 year old to come in and help them?   (OK, sorry, wasn't going to rant, couldn't help myself, sarcasm turned off now, am calming down and behaving...) :rotfl:

I'm not allowed to either coz I have to take steroids every day - really gutted as I've wanted to for years - Mum does regularly though. :D

I wanted to give blood after DH accident.....he needed 7 units of blood when he was brought into A&E.....when things had settled down a bit (around 4 months when the drs stopped approaching me with "If he survives the event" I went to the Give Blood mobile unit and they measured me and weighed me and said sorry we are unable to take blood from you as your a little underweight!!!
