Thursday - Master bedsty & landing
Level One
[STRIKE]Strip the bedsheets and wash them!
15 minutes floordrobe clearance[/STRIKE]
Level Two
[STRIKE]Vacuum the floor you can see in the bedroom and on the landing![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Fill a binbag with stuff you no longer need and get rid![/STRIKE]
15 minutes filing (special for Jennybee who has lots!!)
Level Three
[STRIKE]Wash any soft furnishing that need it[/STRIKE]
HH doing something that NEEDS doing..study, ironing, exercise.. GO!
[STRIKE]Empty any bins and take any laundry to the wash basket[/STRIKE]
Extras

1. Wash dirty windows
2. [STRIKE]dust away all the cobwebs and dust[/STRIKE]
3. Wipe all the upstairs doors! .. both sides!!
4. [STRIKE]straighten the linen cupboard![/STRIKE]

Just having lunch soup from yesterday.

Hiya
No snow here today so i've been out. My parents were going food shopping so I bagged a lift and managed to get a £18 hardback book for 4 and a star wars annual for DS for his birthday tomorrow for £1. I love January birthdays! They shop in Waitrose so I didn't buy any food as it's too expensive!!

I'm going to my friends house for lunch so that's another nice walk. It feels so much better when I can get out.

My dd has been lucky enough to learn the piano at school (we have one at home which helps!). My parents bought her a second hand flute for christmas and she's teaching herself that. There are no places left for DS at school so i'm teaching him the trumpet and piano at home which he loves. Trying blowing a trumpet with a zillion stitches though....ouch!!!:rotfl:

Flying is just minimal s/s as getting out for my sanity is my priority today! I do need to wrap ds's presents at some time.

I have managed to sort my Friday errand ... and I remembered I am supposed to be batch cooking fish pie (ie make one for today and one for the freezer) so I thought I had better get on and do that. So I have - and I have yet to clean the bathroom.
Oh well.

WELCOME TO THE WEEKLY FLYLADY(AND GENTS) THREAD

A new thread is starts on a Sunday evening via a link from the current thread so keep a watch out and dive in!

Make sure you read the first post carefully as it contains all the info and abbreviations that we use!

A new list is added to the 1st post every evening by pigpen our illustrious leader and by the weekend you will have been round the whole house.

Dont get stressed with the mess just try to do the list to whatever level you can manage depending on your home circumstances - work, children OH's!!!!

Even if you only manage level 1 everyday when you come back to that room next week you will find it is easier and as time goes on it becomes more manageable and you will see huge differences - I know it sounds impossible but I can vouch for the fact it works!!!

Remember your home didnt get in a mess overnight so dont expect it to get tidy in a day!! Dont try to do the whole house at once - you will tire yourself out and sicken yourself - we have all tried it!! BABYSTEPS - little and often and you will be amazed at the improvement.

POst what you have done and forget about what you missed - there is no such thing as failure on here!!!

Dont worry if you cant keep up with the thread it moves very fast just now - just pop in and post and let everybody know how you are doing!

The support, encouragement and friendship on here is simply THE BEST! ask any questions and we will give you our tuppence worth - sometimes sensible sometimes totally insane!

We dont bite - well most of us dont -have fun!!

Not done any of this week's list yet I had a spurt of motivation this morning before work and did my kitchen but the living room is trashed although it would only take 5 mins if I got off my a$$ and did it, but work and lack of sleep and this miserable cold is hampering me at the mo, need it to be ship-shape by Sunday tho cause I've got rellies coming.

Work this avo 1 - 5.30, already done a 2 hr job so technically I have been flying only in someone elses house lol
