    Morning All

I didn't have to take DH to work today (he has actually gone in his own car!) so I have had a leisurely shower & cleaned the bathroom while I was in there.
Will get dressed then get on with the list.

(((hugs))) & positive vibes to Sarahs & friends DS

Back later to catch up xx

  • Thought you might all like this... Pass it on to any man you want to start understanding why you're p155ed off..... (and for OJ just in case you ever get the same comments...)
(and we wonder why men don't get us???)

Fine: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.
Five Minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.
Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes.. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.
Go Ahead: This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!
Loud Sigh: This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to # 3 for the meaning of nothing.)
That's Okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.
Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just say you're welcome. (I want to add in a clause here - This is true, unless she says 'Thanks a lot' - that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say 'you're welcome' ... that will bring on a 'whatever').
Whatever: Is a women's way of saying F*cK YOU!
Don't worry about it, I got it:Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to # 3.

Hub is on nights, so I'm avoiding the upstairs today. Instead, I'm going to keep chipping away at the washing. I'll sort laundry which can go upstairs when he wakes up.
    Bread to make today, again.
    Veg to prep for dinner.
Living room to dust and sweep floors - moving the furniture!
    Kitchen to tidy.
Get Showered and dressed, make up on.

  • RAGZ Yea I can see your photos. Now do what I do. Stand and admire the beautifully tidy bookcase. Proudly show it to your mates that know what a mess your trying to plough through. If they're true mates they will oooh and aahh at it and NOT mention the rest. Makes you feel tons better:rotfl:

    ragz...looks like my room!

    cazzie...that's lovely :)

Ok I'm not driving to school again! Yesterday took the children to school, on the way back home saw someone running and fall into the road (a side road) just as a car was driving into it, poor bloke looked a bit shocked but carried on. This morning as I was coming home some bloke got hit by a car! There's a one-way road and when you get to the top you check to the right to see if anyone lets you out, if they do then you go. Obviously the driver was looking and someone let him out so he went, not noticing that someone had walked in front of his car! Luckily he didn't get squashed but his friend/girlfriend was looking very shocked. But then who walks in front of a car which is waiting to pull out without making sure that the driver knows your there anyway?

Right need to do my daily list first and try not to burn out!

    Light fire
    Change and dress baby
    Feed baby
    Empty dishwasher
    Fill dishwasher and put on
    Empty washing machine
Fill and put washing machine on
    Hang out wet clothes
Clear sink rack of dry stuff
    Do bowl of washing up

Fingers crossed that'll be finished by 10.30 so I can move on to something else.
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
