Hey ho, another day, another desk in another building! I've almost completed the first phase of what I'm doing. I won't be able to start the second phase until Monday as I'm waiting on other people so I'm considering taking tomorrow off....

They've shut both directions apparently - what a nightmare for people getting to work - glad I haven't got to go that way today, as I have to go through those junctions to get to Hemel...

he's just got back (left at 4.45am?) but has now gone to bed in the bed that I have stripped down ready to wash sheets once tumble dryer finished - so now I can't do the bedroom... :mad:

Hope you get to work OK and can settle in the new office OK - good luck...

Tilli-Tot, what way are you going? It's shut from M11 (junction 27) to junction 24 North and South bound I think... steer well clear if you can or take a map/sat nav and try to miss it all together (although everyone else will have the same idea!)
Hopefully you're no-where near...

Thanks, I should be ok, going from J3 to J6 so so far so good.. might be queues I spose though... As for the DH....Give him an hour then kick him out of bed

HHi done - kids fed - better get dressed quick as I leave in half an hour!

Fell asleep at 9pm AGAIN last night so a few rolled over jobs for today!


Strip the bedsheets and wash them!
15 minutes floordrobe clearance
Vacuum the floor you can see in the bedroom and on the landing!
Fill a binbag with stuff you no longer need and get rid!
15 minutes filing
Wash any soft furnishing that need it
HH doing something that NEEDS doing..study, ironing, exercise.. GO!
Empty any bins and take any laundry to the wash basket

Rolled over :eek:

Declutter the living room , hallway and stairs
Vacuum up the stairs
Check smoke alarms.. change any batteries that need doing
Wipe the paintwork
Dust the flat surfaces
Clean microwave
Mop kitchen floor

good luck on your travels, and :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I think I know the answer to that - still, at least I can get on in the kitchen and not be pestered - will leave him there till I've finished doing everything else - about to go nag DS coz he's not getting ready quick enough then wash the ceiling above the cooker - it's gross :eek:

quick hello as I'e 10 minutes before leaving and 2 spare ones whilst the porridge is cooking. Hope to get some flying done tonight - kitchen & lounge. Bedroom is at the weekend here. better dry my hair

Level Two

Wipe the table and dining chairs
Muck out the fridge
Level Three
Empty the under the sink cupboard.. give it a wipe out and put back neatly the things you NEED.. get rid of or rehome the rest! – There is a leak!! OH is off tomorrow so will get him to do this whilst he fixes the leak!!
[STRIKE]Throw out any chipped mugs.. the porous pottery harbours bacteria.. YUK!![/STRIKE]


Wishy-Washy Wednesday – Living Room/Hallway
Level One

Declutter the living room , hallway and stairs
Clear and tidy the mantle

Level Two

Vacuum the cleared floors and up the stairs.. under furniture if you can move it safely!
Sort through coats and shoes and bag
Wipe and water neglected plants

Level Three
[STRIKE]Check smoke alarms.. change any batteries that need doing[/STRIKE]
Wipe the paintwork
Dust the flat surfaces
Extras
[STRIKE]Make an appointment for some ME-time.. go get your hair done, half an hour shopping, coffee with a friend.. [/STRIKE]already done, coffee with friend at the weekend
Wash the windows in these rooms

Clean out your handbag!.. and/or college/work bag
Wash any soft furnishings that are in need!
30mins WiiFit and 30mins studying.

Thursday - Master bedsty & landing
Level One
Strip the bedsheets and wash them!

I'm loving this.....I am slowly getting organised!!!! Yesterday I had someone over without having to run around like a headless chicken first!!! CHAOS is slowing going!! THANKS!!:j
